When we say that the still Ocean of God begins rolling, we necessarily mean that both the movement and emptiness between every two waves caine out of

the Ocean Itself. The emptyness and movement were latent in the Ocean, and they simply manifest themselves when It begins rolling. In other words, the

movement is neither separate from the Ocean nor is the outcome of any external force, but it manifests itself out of the Ocean. The manifestation of emptiness

between every two waves synchronizes ·with the manifestation of the movement; and so it comes to this that both the emptiness and movement are one and yet two and both are always existing in the one Ocean, whether latent or manifested.

comes to know that it does not know; and along with
the flash referred to above, the Atman begins to know
the universe, i. e. ignorance = nothingness, most finitely
through tho most finite first gross form, the electron.
